Corio car fire treated as suspicious

A car has been destroyed in an early morning blaze at Corio.

CFA received several calls to Moyston Grove just after 3.30 this morning, finding the car well alight.

It took just over five minutes to put the flames out.

Senior Sergeant Aaron Riches said two males were seen in the area at the time.

"[They were wearing] dark clothing, riding pushbikes," Sr Sgt Riches said.

"We ask the public to call Crime Stoppers if they're able or if they have got information in relation to it."

The Crime Stoppers number is 1800 333 000.
